Consists of one-on-one zoom workout sessions. This allows for the client to work out in the comfort and convenience of their home, with a contact free experience.

In Person Training

Consists of one on one, in home or at the gym workout training sessions. The client receives hands on training and learns how to accurately execute the workouts correctly.

Customized workout plans

Are provided to all clients. This is also an option for service if you are a busy client who has no time to meet up or make the time for a zoom meeting. You can receive a plan that allows you to execute the workout on your own time. This plan consists of a monthly workout program and check-ins from the personal trainer, to check on progress and answer questions.
